OVERSEAS COMMANDS UNDER-SECRETARY'S TOUR (Received September 21. 6.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGEY. Sept. 20 Sir Philip Sassoon, Under-Secretary for Air, will leave England on Saturday in a new flving-boat, Singapore HI., on an extended tour of the Royal Air Force units in overseas commands. He proposes to leave Karachi on October 24 and arrive back in England on October 29 in time for the opening of Parliament.
