FOUR VENDORS FINED The failure of samples of milk to comply with the required standard resulted in four men appearing before Mr. W. R. McKean, S.M., in the Court yesterday. For selling stale milk, Sidney Frederick Barton was fined 10s, and Jacob E. Harris, 20s. For selling milk containing too high a percentage of visihJe dirt, James Donald was fined 10s.
