Friday A considerable increase in prices wag a satisfactory feature of Wright, Stephenson and Company's 12th national Jersey sale, which was concluded yesterday at the Claudelands Show Grounds. For the two days of the sale 120 bulls were sold at an average * price of 32 guineas, this figure being the highest for several years. Ihe top price to-day of 155gns. was paid for a six-year-old bull, Idalia'i Sunrise, offered by Mr. R. A. Lewis, of Pukekohe. The purchaser was Mr. T. W. Narby, of Helensville. Another excellent price was 137gns. paid by Mr. H. Rusk for the yearling, Greencroft Achievement, sold on account of Mr • J. Bones of Kaipaki.
