ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN [BY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION] PALMERSTON NORTH, Friday Sir William Perry, of Masierton, wai unanimously elected chairman of the Massey College Council for the remainder of the year to fill the vacancy caused by the death of Sir George Fowlds. At a meeting of the conncil tributes were paid to the services Sir George Fowlds had given to the institytion, of which he had been chairman from its inception. A motion of condolence with his relatives was passed.
