POWER FOREMAN INJURED [by TELEGRAPH —OWN correspondent] PAEIttf)A, Saturday The foreman of the Thames Valley Electric-Power Board, Mr. Frank Lockyer, met with an accident at Netherton" and suffered injuries to the neck. One of the linesmon was repairing a connection at the top of a power pole when he knocked a spanner off a crossarm. Mr. Lockyer was under the pole, and the spanner fell on his neck, inflicting fi severe cut and stunning him. He was dazed for a considerable time. The wound had to be stitched with several stitches, and it will "be sometime before he will bo able to resume work.
