COLONIAL TOUR
PARLIAMENTARY PARTY UGANDA AND TANGANYIKA British Wireless RUGBY, August 15 Members of tho United Kingdom branch of the Empire Parliamentary Association are forming a Parliamentary delegation to visit Uganda and Tanganyika. It will be bonded by Sir John Wanllaw-Milne and will leave Croydon by air to-morrow en route to Uganda. The party should reach Cairo on August 17, Khartoum on August 18 and Entebbe on August 20. While in Uganda tho delegates will be the guests of tho Uganda Government. A prograinmo which Avill enable them to study the system of native administration, and to investigate problems of production and marketing, both European and native, and other questions has been prepared. After the delegates leave Uganda they will visit Tanganyika at the invitation of the Governor of that territory. Sir John Ward law-Milne _ and Colonel Saudeman Allen will visit Zanzibar later for a further week, but the main party is expected to return to England , on September 20.
