MAN GIVEN PROBATION
A young married man, whose name was suppressed when he was charged last Saturday with using indecent language in a telephone cabinet, appeared for sentence before Mr. W. R. McKean, S.M., in the Police Court yesterday. In admitting accused to probation for 12 months, the magistrate said he had decided not to impose a term of imprisonment in view or the medical reports he had received regarding the man.
