DEATHS IN AMERICA TOTAL OF FIFTY-TWO (Received July 5, 6.35 p.iry) NEW YORK. July 4 The Fourth of July holiday in the United States to-da.v was marked by the loss of 52 lives. Fireworks killed one person and motor-cars 22. Fourteen people were drowned, accidental shootings accounted for two deaths and other causes 13.
More than 500 people suffered minor ii).juries from fireworks.
