TROUBLE IN MEXICO
REVOLUTIONARY PLOT (Received July 5. 8.15 p.m.) MEXICO CITY, July 4 The Mexican Government announces that a revolutionary plot, apparently headed by supporters of General Antonio I Villarreal, has been discovered. The general is under guard at Monterey.
