INCREASE IN PAST YEAR DOMINION FIGURES COMPARED ' The value of building permits issued in the Dominion during the year ended -March 31 was £3,889,890, the highest recorded for three years. The.increase compared with year was £1,415,024. The expansion is attributed to the payment of building subsidies by the Unemployment Board and the inclusion of two large Government buildings.
