NATIVE COMMISSION

DEPARTURE FOR ROTORUA The Native Affairs Commission, consisting of Mr. Justice Smith (chairman), Messrs. J. Alexander, 1). J. Johnston and L. W. Nelson, will leave Auckland to-day for Rotorua, where ovidonce will be taken in connection with the native development schemes in that district. Several schemes will be inspected to-morrow and v on Thursday, and the commission will open its Rotorua sittings on Friday morning.
