SUGGESTION OF QUOTAS [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON. Monday Questioned concerning the reference made by Mr. Walter ltunciman, President of the Board of Trade in the British Government, to Japanese trade with the Dominions, the Prime Minister, the lit. Hon. G. W. Forbes, said to-day that' the necessity for special consideration of a quota on Japanese goods had not arisen in New Zealand. The matter had been considered by the Tariff Commission, and would be dealt with when tariff revision, based on the commission's report, was made during the comma session of Parliament.
