POSTMEN'S CLUB

SUCCESSFUL DANCE The first of a series of dances to raise funds for the Postmen's Welfare Club was lield in the Stratton Dancing Studio last evening and was largely attended. As well as providing social entertainment the funds of- the club aro devoted to the care of sick members in hospitals. The guests were received by Mr. C. Auger, vice-president of the club and assistant supervisor of the postmen's branch, and Mr. V. Dunne, superintendent of mails. During tho evening a demonstration of the quickstep was given by Miss Natalie Stratton and Mr. Matthew Stratton, who also acted as judges for the foxtrot competitions.
