NOISE AND BANTER STUDENTS AT WELLINGTON [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON", Friday The successful students of Victoria University College received their degrees at the annua] graduation ceremony in the Town Hall to-night, amid more than the usual measure of noise, banter and interjection. The address of the evening was given by Professor T. H. Easteriield, one of the foundation professors of the college, and more recently director of the Cawthron Institute, Nelson.
