A gift of £IOO to the Mater Misericordiae Hospital is provided under the will of Mrs. Eleanor Anson Lees, whose death occurred at Auckland on April 6. The Public Trustee is- appointed executor and trustee, and Mr. Thomas Frederick Lees, junr., advisory trustee.
