NEW ZEALAND BRANCH CONCLUSION OF CONGRESS [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION"] WELLINGTON, Monday Plans for a great forward movement wcro initiated at tlie fifth annual congress of the New Zealand branch of the British Israel World Federation, which concluded to-day. It was decided to commence a monthly journal and to set up study circles in all the centres. The formation of a ministerial association was also approved. The election of officers resulted in General Sir Andrew "Russell being re-elected as patron, and Mr. C. W. Clift, of Wellington, as Dominion president, together with his executive, for the third successive year. It was agreed to hold the next annual congress at Wellington, and to have the permanent headquarters of the New Zealand branch located in th-3 capital city.
