CAR GOES OVER BANK
VEHICLE SOMERSAULTS PASSENGERS ESCAPE INJURY [from our owir correspondent] Monday When proceeding on the WarkworthMatakana Road about two miles from Warkworth, a touring car driven by Mr. E. Harper, jun., and carrying two passengers, Mr, Hirper, sen., and JNhs* Betty Harper, ra:.i over a bank and. turned two complete somersaults before coming to rest against a wire fence. The occupants escaped with a severe shaking. , The car was proceeding.up a lull ana had swung out to pass. a stationary vehicle when the right-hand front wheel went over the bank, the breaking immediately. The body-work of the car was damaged extensively.
