YIELDS OF COMPANIES 2260 Z. AT KING SOLOMON . The following returns are reported by southern companies:— King Solomon (Gore). —The wash-up for eight clays' work was 2260z. Bdwt. Central Shotover (Otago).—A further wash-up of the boxes took place in December, and a return of 21oz. Bdwt. was obtained. On December 30 the top box was washed up and a further 14oz. 7dwt. was obtained, lb is not. expected that the paddock will be completed before the end of January owing to a delay caused by damage to six of the pipes in the main line. The gold won to date from the paddock totals. 3580z., valued at £2040.
