MUCH HAVOC WROUGHT (Received November 3, G. 35 p.m.) Eritisli Wireless RUGBY, Nov. 2 The Governor of Jamaica reports that the banana crops in St. James were completely destroyed by the recent hurricane and are at least 90 per Pent down in other western parishes, lood crops were badly dama'ged also. There was extensive damage to roads, bridges, telegraphs and railways. The rest of the island was less affected by *ho wind, but suffered from tho heavy tain.'
