CHARGE AGAINST YOUTH ADJOURNMENT OF CASE A plea of guilty was entered by a youth, Selwyn Nelson Rainbow, when charged on summons in the Polica Court yesterday with stealing a wristlet watch, valued at £1 15s. Detective-Sergeant O'Sullivan said that 011 or about October 3 accused removed a watch from a showcase. in complainant's shop in the city: Two or three days later he took the watch back to the shop and asked complainant to replace a broken glass. Complainant immediately recognised the watch and informed the police. Accused had never previously come under tho notice of the police. ''l .will adjourn tho case for three months to see how he gets on," said tho magistrate, Mr. F. K. Hunt. No conviction was recorded.
