[FROM OUR OWN COBRESPONUKN'I'j WHANGAREI. Friday The final executive committee meeting of the Northland Rugby League disclosed that the season had been a very successful one. The secretary and treasurer. Mr. C. E. O'Callsghan, presented a statement showing that tile season had ended with a credit balance of approximately f;'io. Th« question of securing a central ground ;iu Whangarei. was discussed. It was pointed out that, the'present, playing area at Kensington Park was not a convenient one. being too far removed from the centre of the town A committee was appointed to report on a more convenient area.
