REPORT TO GENEVA GOOD FINANCIAL POSITION GENEVA, Nov. 1 Th.-s Mandates Commission to-day examined tho High Commissioner for New Zealand, Sir Thomas Wilford, on tho Samoan mandate report, which showed an excellent financial position. The president thanked Sir Thomas (who was making his last appearance before tho commission before retiring from the High Commissionership) for tho assistance ho had always given. Sir Thomas' term of office as High Commissioner will expire at tho beginning of next year.
