question of the future CONFERENCE IN DECEMBER British Wireless JUXiBY. Nov. 1 Aii invitation from the Secretory of State for India, Sir Samuel JJoaro, to join the delegation from Burma for consultation on tlio question of the future constitution of Burma has been accepted by 12 representative people. They include seven Burmans, one European, one Anglo-Indian, two Indians and one woman. They are expected to assemble in London early in December. The joint Select Committee on Indian Constitutional Reforms will cease to exist when the present session of Pari lament, which created it, conies to an end. The committee probably will be reconstructed when the new session opens on November 21. It is anticipated that the new delegates will then be associated with the committee in the same way as t],e Indians during recent months. J he new delegates comprise advocates and opponents of separation from India.
