GLEN EDEN TOURNEY The following skips have entered teams for a full-rink tourney to bo held next Tuesday by the Glen Fden Bowling Club, commencing at 9 o'clock:—J. Duncan. J. Mason (Carlton), F. Rankin (New Lynn), J. Hollows (Hallyburton-Johnstone), T. Edney (Avondale), W Murray (Rawhiti), F. Firth, M. Snndo (Glen Eden). PAPATOETOE TOUR NEY One of the largest tournaments ever held by the I'apatoefoe Bowling Club was played yesterday. Twenty-six teams entered from clubs over a wide district, and with excellent greens and fine weather keen competition resulted. Section A was won by (West End), with five wins. In section B Lancaster (Carlton), Wren (Remuera). Donaldson (Grey Lynn) and Shortt (Pukekohe) tied with four wins and one loss. Lancaster won the play-off. The final between Brcmner and Lancaster will be played at a later date.
