The Minister 1 has replied stating that lie finds the di.strict is fortunately not infested with ragwort to any great extent, and if ! farmers will co-operate actively with i the department, it is considered that j the services of nil additional officer will j not be required. The Minister further states that ' arrangements will he made for the local | inspector to be relieved of all smallfarm plan work so that he may gn<> ! close attention to ragwort control.
