FOUND DEAD AT HOME
VERDICT OF SUICIDE [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] CHIIISTCHURCH, Thursday A verdict of suicide while in a depressed state of mind was returned by the coroner, Mr. E. D. Mosley. S.M., at an inquest into the death of John Henry Christopher Thacker, married, aged 43,' of St. Andrew's Square. Christchurch. It was stated that Thacker had been in ill-health for some time. He was found this morning in a wash-house at his home alongside a gas copper with the gas turned on. Two doctors tried artificial respiration without success.
