LECTURES IN DOMINION

retired naval officer TRAINING OF CADETS LONDON, Oct. 31 Captain Henry Dorling, formerly of the I {oval Navy, will make a voyage to New Zealand by the Cornwall, which is in use as a training ship for cadets, and will lecture in the Dominion. It is understood that he will make a report on the work on the Cornwall with a view to the of seagoing training for naval cadets. Captain Dorling was educated on If.M.S. Britannia in 1897 and served in South Africa and China, including the relief of Peking in 1900, also in the Great War, 1911-18. He writes under tlio pseudonym ol " la ft rail.

The Cornwall is due at Auckland on December 21.
