SECOND BYRD EXPEDITION FACILITIES AT WELLINGTON [by TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Wednesday The Wellington Harbour Board tonight decided to grant free facilities at Wellington to the second Byjrd Antarctic expedition. Advice was received from Mr. T. J. Gardiner, of Wellington, representative of the expedition, that the expedition ship, Bear of Oakland, was expected to arrive here about the end of November to.load stores.
