DOGS CAUSE TROUBLE
COWS AND GOATS CHASED TWO ALSATIANS SHOT [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] "WELLTNGTON, Monday Two full-grown Alsatian dogs, which got into a paddock with cows and Angora goats at Trentham yesterday, worried one of the goats and the dogs were shot with tho consent of their owners. Tho cows and goats wero chased by tho dogs into a oreek and a goat was ripped. There have been many complaints of sheep-worrying in tho district lately and it is stated that within the last month 19 dogs, not Alsatians, wero shot on ono property alone.
