VICTORIA AND OIL FUEL MELBOURNE. Aug. 2 The Victorian Kailway Commissioners are inviting tenders from overseas for the supply of Diesel eleetrip motors preparatory to the introduction of electric trains. The commissioners estimate that train!? can bo ' run on oil at a third of the cost per' mile of steam trains relying On coal.
