YESTERDAY'S SALES RETURN ON INVESTMENTS Following is a list of yesterday's transactions on New Zealand Stock .Exchanges. In tho second columi\ is given the return, based on the last annual dividend, from investment at the quoted price. In calculating the return on shares in companies which pay their dividends outsido New Zealand the exchange rates havo not been taken into consideration. Tho return on 4 per cont Government loana includes redemption. In tho caso of 3J per cent loans tho return is for interest alone, and covers only the period for which the loans aro tax-free. No return is given on local body sectuities and debentures in the meantime.
