CLAIM AND COUNTER-CLAIM Ot telegraph—own correspondent] TE KUITI, Thursday A claim for £45 for the value of a car and damages, arising out of a motor collision on the Rangitoto Road on April 20 was made by L. G. Spencer against J. M. O'Hagan before Mr:, F. H. Levien, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court. Mr. J. Hine appeared for the plaintiff and Mr. Mackersey for the defendant. A counter-claim was filed by the defendant for £52 18s 9d for repairs to his lorry and expenses following on its being out of use for six clays. Evidence was given by both parties regarding the collision, which occurred on a bend. The case was adjourned.
