Creedon was /born at Invercargill, New Zealand, in June, 1808. On December 17, 1891, ho met and knocked out "Starlight" in seven rounds for tho Australian middleweight championship. Ho left Australia in 1893 and his main lights overseas were as follows: — 1893.—August 14, knocked out Alec Greggins, Columbia, Indiana. 1895: March 21, drew with Joe Choynski. six rounds; October 1-1, beat Frank Craig, London, 20 rounds, £2OO and championship of England. 189,6; January 28, knocked out Jem Smith, London,' two rounds, £IOO and championship of England. 1897: December 20, lost to Kid McKay, 15 rounds. 1899: April 25, .knocked out bv Joe Walcott, ono round; June 28, lost on points to Walcott,'2o rounds; November 25, lost on points to Walcott, six rounds. 1900: May IS, lost on points to Kid McKay, six rounds. 1902: Returned to Australia;' November 11, knocked out 13i 11 Dohcrty, five rounds. 1904: January 4, met Soldier .lack Thompson, Sydney, contest wrongfully declared no fight.
