LOANS FOR CANADA
EXTENSIVE PROGRAMME £40,000,000 AS A START OTTAWA, July 18 The Canadian Minister of Finance, Mr. Rhodes, will leave London on Saturday for Canada after having arranged to place a Canadian loan of about £'40,000,000 in England. Canada will, borrow altogether £90,000,000 before the end of the year.
