CORPORATION FORMED ASSETS OF SELF AND WIFE [from our own correspondent] SAN FKANCISCO, June 27 Mr. Zano Grey has incorporated himself into business in California. His prowess as a fisherman and his motion pictures have done a great deal to advertise Now Zealand and its wonders, especially as a sportsman's paradise. On .June 10 Mr. Gre.*, his wife, their son Bonier and others, formed Zane Grey, Incorporated, with an authorised capitalisation of *OOO shares of preferred - stock and 25,000 of common, all of 100 dollars par value. The purpose of tho corporation is to receive, own, operate and manage all the assets of Zano Grey and his wife, Lina Elsie Grey, who heretofore have been co-partners. They receive 20,00U shares of common stock for all rights to his writings, interest in liis ranch flncl his yacht Fisherman IT. Mr. Grey has contracted with Zano Grey, Incorporated, to give his services exclusively as a l'terarv artist and motion picturo . producer for five years at a salary ot ;iO,OOO dollars a year (£GOOO at par). Tho California State Division of Corporations authorised the sale> ot aOOO shares each of preferred a,ndconimon stock.
