IRISH ORGANISATION ANTI-ENGLISH FEELING DUBLIN. June 30 " Until Ireland is free, from English domination, the Ifish Republican Army will remain and will carefully train its members to fit themselves physically and otherwise for tho task in hand. Should England use force to involve Ireland in a European war she must be resisted." This is part of a remarkable proclamation issued to the Irish people by tho executive council of the Republican Army.
