AN ATTRACTIVE LAMP-SHADE
A particularly pleasing lamp-shado, which casts a becoming glow, is made of shot silk—bhio and red. This will form a blue shade that tones well with oxidised silver, and by night it will bo a warm purple that will go well with dark furniture. 11" the shade be lined with cream silk, a pretty soft light will bo shed on the table, while the rest of the room will bo in attractive warm shadows.
