The wrestling contest promoted by Mr. B. Geraghty had increased the funds by £9 12s, the annual dance of the staff of the New Zealand Co-opera-tive Dairy Company's Tuakau factory, bv £lO 7s 5d and the art union by £l4O. The year ended with a deficit of £4O but the club had an asset in hay valued at £(3 O. The following officers were elected: Patron, Mr. 1). Stewart Reid, M.P.; president, Mr. M. A. Cruickshank; vicepresidents, Messrs. L. Ricketts and I. W. Paterson; secretary, Mr. G. Gilinour; auditor, Mr. A. H. Tapper; committee, Mesdames A. Escott, L. E. Cartridge, E. Addy, Messrs. A. A. Boyd, .]. Fulton, A. Membery and W. A. Smecd. A motion of sympathy was passed with the relatives of the late Mr. W. J. Taylor.
