LABOURER REMANDED
A remand until Wednesday was granted when William Gladstono Macdonaid, aged 50, labourer, appeared in tho Polico Court on Saturday, before Mr. W. It. McKean, S.M., on a charge that, having received' £1 12s lOd on terms requiring him to pay it to It. I'. Hayues, Limited, ho failed to do so, thereby conimittiug thol't. Detective-Sergeant McHugh said other charges were ponding.
