A general outline of the aims and objects of tho proposed association was Riven by Mr. Taylor. Tho Old Contomptibies' Association was represented fry Mr. Elliott, who vouched for the support of that body. The work of tho -ynperial associations in London was Ascribed by Mr. Hay.
