LITIGATION OVER WILL
DISPUTE BETWEEN SISTERS UNDUE INFLUENCE ALLEGED [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION*] WELLINGTON, Monday The granting of probate of the will and codicils of the late George Glover, of Wellington, was opposed before the Chief Justice, Sir Michael- Myers, in tho Supreme Court to-day by Mrs. Graco Adeline Dunn, widow, and Mrs. Jane Helen Cowles, on the ground that tho testator lacked testamentary capacity and that he was subjected to undue influence. The testator left surviving him nino children, three daughters and six sons, the daughters being Mrs. Galbraith, the plaintiff in tho present case, and Mrs. Dunn and Mrs. Cowles, tho defendants. The testator died in Wellington on July 26, 1932. Records showed that in his lifetimo he made a number of different wills. / It was set out in the statement of dcfenco that from December, 1925, until Octobor, 1928, tho testator resided alone with Mrs. Galbraith, and it was alleged that the execution of tho 1928 will and codicils was procured by the undue influence of Mrs. Galbraith. Replying to His Honor Mr. Wiren. counsel for plaintiff, agreed that tho case resolved itself into a dispute between tlireo sisters. Evidence was called with a view to establishing that tho will and codicils were properly executed, that tho testator was of sound mind, memory and understanding and that ho was not coerced by Mrs. Galbraith into executing tho will. The hearing will probably last several days. _____
