SCHEME IN GERMANY ABSORBING UNEMPLOYED (Received February 24, 6.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, Feb. 23 The Alinister of Labour, Sir Henry Betterton, replied in the House of Commons to-day to a question calling attention to a voluntary arrangement in Germany whereby employment has been provided for 200,000 youths on schemes of communal service.

Sir Henry said he was giving' most careful consideration to the question of introducing a similar schemo in Britain.
