MILK BELOW STANDARD Charged with selling milk containing less than 3.25 per cent of butter-fat, Edward Brown appeared in the Police Court yesterday before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S-M. Defendant pleaded guilty. An inspector said he took a sample of milk from defendant's shop, and when analysed it, had less than the required proportion of liuttcr-fat. It was apparently the previous day's milk. Defendant was fined 40s.
