BURDEN OF MANCHUKUO NATIONAL LEVY PROPOSED KOBE, Jan. 18 The Economic League of Japan, which is most influential, will shortly present views on financial reform to the Government. It is understood that the recommendations will include a national levy, "owing to the burden of Manchukuo." The league contends that the present loan scheme spells national bankruptcy in five years.
