WAIKATO AMATEUR CLUB The Waikato Amateur Cycle Club held a road-race from Ngaruawahia. to Hunlly and back to Paterson Park, where two laps of the cinder track finished tho course of about. 15 mi lea. Seventeen riders started. The results were as follows:—M. Monford (Ngaruawahia), 1: R. Harris (Hamilton), 2; C. Bryjnt (Huntly). 3. Time. 39m ss. After the road-race two boys' races were run on the track, a half-mile and one mile event. Results:— Half-milp.—R. Simpson (110 yds), Ngaruawahia, 1; D. Miller (80yds). Ngaruawahia. 2; T. Mcßourney (120 yds), Ngaruawahia. 3.'Time, lm 12s. One Mile.—B. Welsh (180 yds), Nearuawahia. J; D. Miller flSOyds). Ngaruawahia. 2; T. Mcßourney (250 yds), Ngaruawahia, 3. Time 2m 30s.
