TESTING TWO AEROPLANES APPOINTMENT OF LEADER LONDON, Dec, 20 Two aeroplanes for the Lady Houston flight over Mount Everest early in 1933 will be tested shortly. Air-Commodore P. F. M. Fellowes has been appointed leader. He became accustomed to aircraft operations in mountains in the Middle East. He also flew 200i't. over Zeebrugge in 1918 and dropped a 2301b. bomb on the lock gates. Shortly he was wounded and imprisoned.

At present it is intended to use tho Air Force landing-ground as the expedition's aerodrome, though a forward aerodrome may be made at Forbesganj, 50 miles nearer Everest, over which Fellowes may again llv after the principal attempt succeeds.
