Tho President of the Board of Trade, Mr. Walter Runciman, to-day received Mr. H. B. Peterson and Professor Wedervang, Norwegian trade delegates, who arrived in London in advance of the full delegation, for a preliminary discussion. Statements showing the Norwegian and British points of view were exchanged and arc being considered.
