HELTER3' CLUB An At Home was held on the St. Heliers bowling green on Saturday afternoon under favourable conditions. There were visitors from most of tho Auckland clubs. Mr. A. Reid, president, welcomed the executive of tlie .Auckland Centre. The president of the Auckland Centre, Mr. R. Sheath, congratulated the club on its good membership and tho splendid arrangements made for the occasion. Bouquets wero presented to Mesdames Sheath and Reid. During the afternoon a musical programme was provided. CHALLENGE CUP MATCH j The annual inter-club match for the Mn- | ncere-Manurewa Bowling Clubs' Challenge Cup was commenced on the Mangere green on Satmday. 'Each club was represented by six teams. The Manurewa Club gained the honours of the day with a total of 129 points, against Mnngere's 110. Results are as follows.
