SIGN OF NERVES

Those who suffer from nervous troubles of the neurasthenic type, who are easily upset, irritable and sleepless, often develop certain symptoms which arc simply duo to fatigue. Of these headache is common. As a rule, the pain feels rather like a dead weight on the top of the head. Backache, too, is common and most patients complain of excessive tiredness after any physical effort. Before relief can be obtained the cause of the nervous condition must, if possible, be removed. After that, steps should be taken to improve the general health. Plenty of pood, plain food, fresh air and a strong tonic should be taken daily.
