MR. LINDLEY GARRISON (Received October 20. 8.55 p.m.) NEW YORK, Oct,. ID The death has occurred'of Mr. Lindley Garrison, a former Secretary of War, in his 68th year. The late Mr. Lindley Miller Garrison was born at Camden, New Jersey, ori November 28, 1864. He was educated at public schools and Harvard University. He studied law and was admitted to the Bar in 1886. He was Secretary of War in Mr. Woodrow Wilsou'» Cabinet 1913-16 when he resigned.
